Take the A39 from Truro towards Falmouth. You will pass Devoran and Perranarworthal. You will reach the Treluswell Roundabout. Turn right, signposted Redruth and Ponsanooth, along the A393. Drive for approximately 1/3 mile and you will pass through Burnthouse. Just after Burnthouse there is an unsigned road to the left. Take this road for approximately 1 mile. You will see Cosawes Pascoe Farm on your right. Keep going and you will see the outskirts of Ponsanooth in front of you with 30mph speed signs. Cosawes Barton is just before this – a sharp right hand turn. It is signed and we have a five bar gate and gravel drive. Drive down the drive, and the parking for each cottage will be indicated.
From Redruth, take the A393 towards Falmouth for approximately 5 miles. When you reach Ponsanooth, drive through the village past the Shop and the Stag Hunt pub. Keep driving away from the centre of the village. When you are almost leaving the village, you will see a small road, Speech Lane, on your right. Drive up to the top of Speech Lane. When you get to the top, turn left, and Cosawes Barton is the next left almost immediately. You will see a five bar gate and a gravel drive. Drive down the drive, and the parking for each cottage will be indicated.
